Thyge Boserup appointed as new Chairman of the Dynelectro Board

Dynelectro, a provider of breakthrough, high-efficiency, high-temperature Solid Oxide Electrolysis (SOE+) technologies, has appointed Thyge Boserup as our new Chairman of the Board.

August 24, 2026
Thyge Boserup joins Dynelectro with an international track record in renewable energy infrastructure and green tech scaling, including senior roles at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), Ørsted, and Green Hydrogen Systems A/S. His background brings specific electrolyser industry expertise needed as we move to industrial deployment following our recent commercial deployment at Syntholene Energy’s eFuel in Iceland and ahead of our next planned unit in the Netherlands in early 2027.
He succeeds Ulrik Jørring, who is stepping down after four years of actively guiding our strategic evolution, as Dynelectro continues the transition from a breakthrough technology start-up into industrial deployment and our next phase of scale-up.

Sune Lilbæk, CEO of Dynelectro, commented:
“We are pleased to welcome Thyge Boserup as our new Chair. As we prepare for our next scale-up phase, Thyge’s strategic experience, hands-on industry insights, and unique profile will be instrumental in launching us into our next phase of growth.”
Outlining his vision for the role, incoming Chairman Thyge Boserup emphasised:
“It is a truly exciting time to join Dynelectro and a tremendous opportunity for me. Backed by a strong investor group and with proof of technology demonstrated in the field, this company is unlocking its full potential. The proprietary AC:DC operating architecture solves a critical durability bottleneck, and I look forward to bringing this technology to full commercial scale.”
Changes to the board of directors was completed at the general assembly conducted on August 24th, and the board re-constituted with Mr. Boserup as chairman at the board-meeting following his election to the board. Changes to the board has taken place with effect from August 24th 2026.
