Sune Lilbaek joins Dynelectro as CEO

Sune Lilbaek (M.Sc., Eng.) is a passionate and results-driven senior executive with over 20 years of experience in driving growth at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through strategic business development of unique technical B2B solutions. He possesses a solid technical and commercial foundation, leveraging his ability to swiftly discern the unique value in a company’s intricate technical solutions, along with strong interpersonal skills and extensive international B2B sales and cross-cultural leadership experiences.

As a CEO/VP/board member, he has planned and executed organizational changes for 100+ person entities, doubled EBIT within a 3-year period through strategic product and sales development, and facilitated global OEM sales through technical approvals and design recommendations in cooperation with key stakeholders. Additionally, he has selected acquisition candidates, fronted divestments, and re-established healthy businesses for stand-alone entities.

Sune’s background in growth and sales compliments the current leadership team which comprises founder  Søren Højgaard Jensen, co-founder Samantha Jane Phillips and Mads Nielsen who joined as Head of Engineering in September.

Together with the rest of the Dynelectro team, Dynelectro has secured over €3 million in grant funding and €1.5 million in VC funding in just the first 3 months of 2024.
