About Dynelectro and our SOEC electrolysers

Dynelectro is a Danish solid oxide electrolyser equipment manufacture. We have a proprietary technology which lowers the cost of hydrogen through improving lifetime of the core technology, the stack. The unit is fully dynamic meaning that it is able to load-follow the fluctuating profile of renewable energy such as wind or solar power. With system electrical efficiency up to 90%, our dynamic electrolyser unit (DEU) offers proven, scalable and best-in-class levelised cost of hydrogen (LCOH).

Additionally, the unit can be adapted for reverse operation, generating electricity, meaning that grid balancing and ancillary services are possible. Electrical efficiency can be further improved by integrating heat from other industrial sources.

Our design and manufacturing strategy

We design and manufacture our units using commercially available stacks and hardware. Units start at 250 kW and upward to 1 MW scale with a 12-month delivery from time of ordering. Systems beyond 1 MW are available with 24-month lead time.
